Dough:

  • 100 grams (10 tablespoons) all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 50 ml (10 tablespoons) water

  • Mix all ingredients and set aside for at least 5 minutes.

Toppings (Use any you like, mine include):

  • 3 cherry tomatoes 🍅

  • 4-6 olives 🫒

  • 2 mushrooms 🍄

  • ½ yellow pepper (chopped)

  • 50g cheese 🧀 (ideally mozzarella)

Sauce:

  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste

  • ½ teaspoon oregano

  • ½ teaspoon garlic granules

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan on low heat and place the dough inside.

  2. Cook one side for 7 minutes under low heat.

  3. When the dough lifts off easily, flip it over.

  4. Brush the cooked side with tomato sauce and add the toppings.

  5. Use already cooked meat and ready-to-eat vegetables to avoid raw ingredients. Do not overload with toppings.

  6. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 7 minutes on low heat.

  7. Remove the lid, add ½ teaspoon butter, and let the pizza rest for 2 minutes without the lid.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
