Easy Stovetop Pizza Recipe
Dough:
100 grams (10 tablespoons) all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
50 ml (10 tablespoons) water
Mix all ingredients and set aside for at least 5 minutes.
Toppings (Use any you like, mine include):
3 cherry tomatoes 🍅
4-6 olives 🫒
2 mushrooms 🍄
½ yellow pepper (chopped)
50g cheese 🧀 (ideally mozzarella)
Sauce:
1 teaspoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon water
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Heat a pan on low heat and place the dough inside.
Cook one side for 7 minutes under low heat.
When the dough lifts off easily, flip it over.
Brush the cooked side with tomato sauce and add the toppings.
Use already cooked meat and ready-to-eat vegetables to avoid raw ingredients. Do not overload with toppings.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 7 minutes on low heat.
Remove the lid, add ½ teaspoon butter, and let the pizza rest for 2 minutes without the lid.
Serve warm and enjoy!
